Land Preservation Site Maintenance The Rockhaven Buildings are now over 60 years old and require significant maintenance and repair. This year, several projects, which have been identified and cannot be ignored, need to be completed as soon as possible and are very costly. Projects needing attention: roofs for all buildings; painting/replacing wood at lodge/barn and hermitage; cement work; and tree removal around electrical wires. These are the some of the most important but certainly not the only needed repairs weighing on the minds of the REC team.
